mint and cucumber

watching telly last night and a recipe showed how to make mint and cucumber which i am going to try tonight,
recipe-knob of buttecucumber peeled and chopped
little vinegar,
chopped mint.
melt butter in frying pan,add cucumber and fry for 2/3 mins
add about 2 tbls.vinegar and some chopped mint,cook another 2 mins.plate and put some chopped mint on top to garnish.it looks lovely so hope it tastes as good.
