What are the Scots doing that the English cannot?

They have already proved that by giving free university education, free prescriptions and more help for geriatrics they can run their economy much better.

It must be nice to have the budget to afford it.

Personally I'd like to see those 3 things free south of the border too. But of course we are not important enough to have a national government like the rest of the UK, that can arrange for it.
