So long as you are getting plenty of fruit and veg and not too much fatty stuff (chocolate, Muckdonalds etc) and a decent amount of aerobic excercise (running/cycling/swimming) you should be ok. Also, and probably most importantly, stick close to friends who like you because of who you are and not how you look.

Hiya Ellie.
At the risk of appearing patronising you sound like a well-adjusted and sensible teenager. Your body is now and will continue to change quite a bit until you're about 20-21 so although you may think you have a 'problem' I wouldn't let it overtake you.
Certainly keep an eye on your weight, as you would any other health issue but so long as you don't have other health problems, live an as active a life as possible and eat sensibly I don't think there's much else you need do.
That is apart from ignoring today's trend of appearing only in 2D and disappearing when alongside someone.
Perhaps a chat with your GP would regenerate your self-confidence.

Agree with Lew Paper completely.
Also bear in mind that we all come in different shapes and sizes. You may not be a naturally slender person. There is too much pressure on young people to be slim and willowy. Just eat sensibly, make sure your portion size is not too big and sit down to eat and eat slowly. Keep up your exercise (well done for the netball)
13 is a difficult age - not one thing or another - and I know how you feel. At 13 I was desparately skinny and hated it!

Im active everyday because i walk home from school everyday, and i do 2 netball trainings a week, and i do dance aswell! And sometimes i have netball matches! And im about 5ft 6 and i weigh about 12-13stone. I have cereal everyday (not sugary ones) I take a sandwhich to school everyday and dont have school dinners, and my tea is different but im going to start eating what my mum does because she is losing weight at the moment! My mum is quite big (but losing weight right now) and my dads average!
