is it possible to put 3 Ariel cables in to the one master

You could fit a signal booster/amplifier – and if it had three (or more) output connections then loading by the additional TVs would be negated.
My advice would be to try it first without any signal booster, adding one if required.
Be aware that in general, small portable TVs will operate satisfactorily with a lower signal level than a full size set. So you could find small portable TVs will be OK sharing an aerial but any large screen TV might require a signal booster.
