Is it possible an employer to refuse to provide a P60 form to his employee, when he break his contract? And if he did so, what can I do about it?

If you broke your contract, then your contract of employment will be terminated and so the employer should produce a P45 for you.  This may take some weeks.  Ditto if they breached the contract to you and the contract is terminated.

Plese could you explain a little more clearly the nature of your problem?  Thank you.

Hi, would you like help on this still?  I'm willing to try my best to give you good advice, and will bend the boss's ear about it - if you want help that is.
