My friend of years recently changed eating habits because "friends" of her's called her fat after coming back from her 1st year in college. she is 5.5 and weighs about 133, i personally think she looks ok but because some people told her other wise including her mother she changed her eating habits: she eats plums or fiber bars or anything that's fiber and drinks about 3 cups or more of tea daily this is between meals or as a meal. would you say its healthy? I asked her if shes been eating because she visited me a week after the last time i saw her and it looked like she lost 5-10 pounds...

My only issue would be any weight loss diet! generally speaking after losing the required weight, Women then come off the diet and put on more weight and become heavier than they were before. Any diet needs to be a life changing, life long diet including exercise. I blame dieting for so many of the overweight Women we see everyday and the likes of "Weight Watching" diet companies thrive on these unfortunate people. IMO.
