Our IT gurus at work told me it's a compatability problem, I had to click the "broken page" icon on my screen and then log it again - since then it's been OK. Not sure if this is the same problem as you're experiencing?
the .com is registered to NAMESDIRECT which redirects to http://www.firas.com/ (I assume the .com is probably for sale and is just being held hoping somebody will want to buy it)
The .org is registered to Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium, which I assume is who you want to deal with.

I think that Chuck is only half right.
Wrong URL?
Yes, I agree that's probably the cause.
But the site that Chuck has linked to is US (Connecticut) based. I reckon that you're actually seeking this one:
http://www.eportfolios.ac.uk/

Fair point, Chris :)
It could also be
eportfolio.me.uk
eportfolio.co.uk
eportfolio.org.uk
eportfolio.eu
eportfolio.com
eportfolio.net
eportfolio.org
eportfolio.info
eportfolio.biz
eportfolio.be
eportfolio.es
eportfolio.in
eportfolio.tv
They are all perfectly valid domains and just because the first part is the same doesn't mean they are anything to do with each other :)

I was more making a point to ratter that just because the first part is the same it doesn't mean they are connected if the last part (the TLD) is different...
Incidentally, if you have a spare $185000 (+$25000 a year) you can register your own TLD now as pretty much anything you want ..... how do you fancy your very own .buenchico website :)
