I looked up "whats on" in Vegas [ many thanks to Chris on that one] and this weekend Garth Brooks is on at the Wynn, Mr S muttered something about "long way to go for a concert" but if I had thought for one minute there would be any tickets left ...............

Hi Dee, yes i know he is, he was on twice last night and he's on twice tonight, he does one weekend there every month. I was at my daughters last night watching Eastenders and my daughter has a framed black & white etching of garth on her hearth, I just said, 'in 15 minutes I will know exactly where Garth will be, he'll be on stage at the wynn.' smart daughter pipes up, 'wrong mother, they are 6 hours behind, he'll still be having his dinner'
he's doing the show for another 3 years, it's just him and his guitar and sometines Trisha joins him. small theatre too and so he gets to chat to everyone. I keep doing the lottery, I will get there.

oh and tickets are £256 dollars each AND you can't just turn up you have to have named the exact people for the ticket, very strict, no idea why/

that iS expensive Dotty, last time I was there tickets for Reg from Pinner were $200 dollars and I wouldnt pay., went to Legends show instead they had a lookalike Garth & Reg all for $40.
Should I win the lottery I promise to take you with me Dotty, MrS doesnt like Vegas !
