Lesson obs seemed to go OK, as did interview (only question that really threw me a bit was 'Tell us the features of an outstanding lesson', I thought there were specific guidelines that they expected me to know but it seems there aren't!) but I didn't get the job, am going to get some feedback tomorrow. Also have another interview tomorrow morning so hopefully 3rd time lucky!
Ooh thanks Factor; Googled it and consensus seemed to be that it was a subjective thing! If they ask tomorrow am going to mention some or all of the following; pace, differentitation, planning from assessments, making sure activity is engaging and exciting, progress of all children and assessments and self assessments
This may help.

Thanks for the heads up; think I could deal with those ones; worst one I had was in my first interview when I was asked how I would use the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (the assessment document) for my planning; I started talking about using it to assess children so their next steps for learning could be planned and she cut me off saying she wanted to know specifically about my planning; was very confused and think she got her documents mixed up but obviously couldn't point that out so just blabbed on for a bit and then in feedback she told me I needed to be 'more confident' in that answer! v. frustrating!
