i work in an office with no windows

so dont get any fresh air

will a plant help

and if so what is best one to go for??
prev baby has temerature . should i take her to docs ?

something tough that will cope with dry air...kalanchoe perhaps or maybe a spiderplant

an ioniser wld be your best option-it cleans air of tiny dust particles and ensures a better breathing environment-ur employer has a duty however to providing a supply of fresh air
