every time i come to shut down computer,it says there are updates available which i then try to install.
problem is that i get error msg" 00064 update not installed "every time.have tried to use microsoft update software support but with no luck! any ideas??thanks

What OS are you using? If you are using Windows 7 then you must run a repair on your updates.
