Are there any that don't leave white residue on the non-painted surfaces?

Apart from the sarcastic answer that you might receive Manta, keep the polish away from the plastic, you can either use a strip of masking tape on the edge of the plastic or use white spirit to remove the surplus.
I heard this was supposed to be good for what you ask

*Turtle Wax ICE Liquid Car Polish* at £14 it better be!

not tried it myself.
I am trying *poorboys world show glaze* at the same price atm.
Carnauba is not only the best polish you can get it does not leave any residue and is very easy to use.
even pro/commercial wax(or glaze as its called) used in body shops leaves a residue, as said we mask the non painted bits up.

Thanks to all for your comments. I must admit I favour a polish/wax that doesn't leave a residue in the first place, so will look out for the two suggested above. Regarding Carnauba, is that the make or the generic name for a particular type of ingredient used in a product?
I have a bottle of Turtle Wax Clear Vue, which specifically states "Leaves no white residue" , and it doesn't (leave a residue).
I use an old shoe brush to go around the trim that usually gets it off and also out of the panel joints
I agree with gsr600, Turtle Wax ICE is brilliant. Use it on all exterior surfaces apart from tyres. Makes paintwork shine and brings faded black plastic trim back to black again.
