No ITV chan 4 or 5 or any freeview channels

Someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeese help! I have just moved into a upper flat and have re connected my TV which has a built in free view. I have re-tuned TV and still only certain channels BBC1 & 2 and a few others. And yes I have plugged tv into the socket and plugged into aerial Whats going on?

Try re scanning again

They might be there but on a different channel - my bbc is on 800 for instance.

Re-scanning should do it, and you can move channels to where you want them.

aerial might not be strong enough for freeview--
