that's spooky jno cos the last girl i interviewed was half portugese ! I interviewed 10 people and 3 of them had blatently told lies on their application , which coupled with their short term memory loss ended up a right time waste. the others bar 2 were average, now we can't decide which we should go for, I thought people were struggling to find work, why don't they learn how to do interviews?

As a manager said to me once many moons ago when I was interviewing ....don't do for the best of the worst. Next lot of applicants please !

I've told lies on my cV, and at interviews and got away with them, I think most people do, None of the lies were outrageous, just all an extension of the truth. I said I was an expert in wine tasting when I was just average.
