Does anyone know how many calories I should count for a 1000 milligram capsule of cod liver oil? I am sure I should count it, but don't know how many.

Stop quarrelling children, or you won't help me. When my birthday comes round (soon) I shall be 84. I am already doing exercises with a dvd with Diana Moran. I can only manage the first two sections (warm-up and I can't remember what the next section is called but it is supposed to increase the heart rate) I cannot do the next two sections because they involve lying on the floor and I might not be able to get back up so can't risk it as I am on my own. I also do all my own housework (but that is not very much) and look after myself. I do a small amount of walking (with a stick) and have a small garden. So I think I do a reasonable amount of exercise for my age. I think you are all being very supportive and I shall incorporate all suggestions, except the ones I can't manage. Thanks to everyone.
I think you are brilliant if you do that, keep going, diet or not
interesting article trim, that was the same person who went on a dangerous starvation diet if I recall??

Is fliptheswitch pinkilady trim. The style does not seem the same. I like both so it doesn't really matter, just curious.
Starbuck, you look as you're managing quite well.

Can't you tell I'm not computer savvy. Only meant to send the one picture not the whole site. Will have to sack my grandson - I followed his instructions.

Ha-ha and hee-hee baker's dozen. Just checked back to see if there was anything else and lo and behold, a nice laugh. Don't really want to be as skinny as her though, she looks a bit scraggy. Also there is no way I could get my leg up there. Thanks for the laugh.
me mam can do that, years of exercise, and yoga, puts us all to shame
Starbuck - cybermam - is there not a club locally where you could join in with other people within your age group - down the local community centre, perhaps?.
silly as it may sound Starbuckone there are a whole series of 'armchair exercises' that you don't need to risk life limb and dignity to do... they use them a lot in old peoples homes ... the other thing you might consider is just upping your fluid and vegetable levels as you seem pretty active just making some minor adjustments should do it...
I think you are absolutely brilliant wish my mum was as positive
