Tumble Dryer drive belt

Any tips on changing the drivebelt on a tumble dryer. I've heard it can be tricky and as I have the task to carry out this weekend, I would be grateful for any advice to make it easier!!

The flat side of the belt goes against the drum; the grooves onto the motor pulley. The spring may need more than one hand to pull over, so have a small, flexible friend with strong fingers to help!! Good luck.
PS Please don't forget the obvious - unplug the cable, don't rely on switches.
I worked on a White Knight tumble drier recently and it was quite simple as it is much less complicated than a washing machine, It was just a big box filled with a drum, with a motor bolted to one corner and a belt that went over the motor spindle (no idler) and around the whole drum. Plus some plastic ducting that gets in the way. Lay a blanket on the floor and then you can lie it on its front if you need to without damage. If the belt wont't stretch you might be able to partially unbolt the motor so that it swings in a bit. Mind the sharp edges! Don't forget some heavy bowls/trays to drop all the screws and clips into so you don't lose them. Good luck.
