odd dream

I had a dream i was married to Prince William last night - perhaps it's because they are all over the news at the moment? What's your weirdest dream? I had a dream about someone on here once which is odd as i don't know what she looks like!

I always have very strange dreams, some of which I wouldn't share with anyone! I think my weirdest and most vivid was when I went on a killing spree - I garroted a guy I know with cheesewire, blasted 2 girls in 20s style underwear with an old blunderbus type gun, stabbed a woman but the knife wouldn't go in so I had to take my shoe off and hammer it into her chest, then lured strange men into the woods and ripped them apart with butcher's hooks. I wonder what I'd been eating that night.....
What I find interesting is what actually remains 'true to reality' within dreams. For example, while I might have dreamt that I was a child, or quite old, I've never dreamt that I've been female. Further, I've never changed race within my dreams, except for the one time that I was a police sergeant, of Afro-Caribbean descent, trying to tackle a crime wave in Jamaica!
Further, I understand that I'm in a minority in that I usually dream 'in the third person'. So I see myself as if watching a film about me (i.e. looking from the outside), rather than looking out from my own eyes at the scene around me.
Has anyone here ever changed race or gender within their dreams? Does anyone else dream in the third person?
