Lumines,
Wipeout Pure,
Ridge Racer
are the 3 best games, in that order.
Obviously, the order may vary depending which game genre you prefer.

It is worth noting that at this moment the best DS games are slightly better than those,
and the best GBA games are even better, if you don't already own them.
