I have a face book account, but this morning i had email saying that there has been security

issuse's so can no longer access my account unless I send photo ID etc, has anybody else had this happen and should I send them a copy of my Id ? Any help would be great.

I think you need to learn to be a bit more cynical (less trustung) when you get an email like this.

Treat EVERY email of this type (asking for userid, password, verification of personal details etc) as a scam until proven otherwiuse.

send them B00's avatar, that'll shut them up... no, seriously, don't even reply, that will just let them know you exist. Any email asking you for your ID has a 99% chance of being a scam

do not answer it, i get around 10 filthy vile emails into my account everyday. porn and scams. just ignore. you would think microsoft could solve this problem tut tut

i cant believe people actually give their bank account details to verify who they are---did you use your bank account details to sign up to face book?
