whale of Hunstanton

anybody on here saw the whale cruising off the beach in Hunstanton (Norfolk) on sat 2nd ??? caused quite a stir...
First time i have ever seen anything like that , my grandson kept saying ' theres a whale out there grandad' , my response was dont be silly... how wrong was i...doh!

Went to see the seals off Blakeney Point yesterday but didn't know anything about the whale. That would have been a shock to the system if it had appeared alongside the boat!

was on holiday in this area just this last week, visited Hunstanton too, didn't hear anything about it. We were going to do a seal trip too Lankeela, unfortunately, we chose a day when they had to cancel due to the weather and so ended up in Wells Next the Sea where the only wildlife we saw were the gulls trying to pinch our fish and chips :)
