I've heard that rubbing the mark gently with milk will remove it, can't say if it works though.

Lighter fluid might do it, but test it on a hidden patch first to check it won't damage the leather.

If you use a solvent .. keep it wet .. and get some detergent onto it straight away .. or it can still leave a larger stain.

Lighter fluid should evaporate really quickly though AL - my ex used to use it to clean negatives for exactly that reason x

eucalyptus oil on cotton bud and dampen as small an area as possible
