I found one list headed my Imran Karne, Gary Sobers, Ian Botham, Roger Hadlee, Kapil Dev, and Shane Warne(apparently the last to qualify with 3000/300)
I would guess Imram Kahn but, if not, your man "must" be on the above list surely?
I hope you have some other letters with which to deduce the correct answer!
Very good luck!!!

Not sure who was the next, but Wikipedia lists only five other all-rounders who've done the feat:
Sir Richard Hadlee
Imran Khan
Kapil Dev
Shaun Pollock
Shane Warne
Sir Beefy did the feat in the fewest number of tests and the list follows on from there. Sir Garfield Sobers scored over 8,000 runs but only took 235 wickets. Imran Khan made his debut in 1971. Hadlee made his two years after that. Botham didn't wear the three lions until 1977. Shaun Pollock was the last in the list to make his debut.
