we all know the price of living has went sky high,tell us your best bargain lately,mine was =i was buying nescafe capochino £2.49 for 10 sachets,last week in tesco's i seen there own make in a packet for 10p. yes '10p' .when i went home i tried it out on my son without telling him and he could'nt tell the differance,my sister liked it too,ended up buying another 6 packets for other people and some for the top of my own shelf.

£1 for large box of grapes in the market, they were good too. None of the supermarkets £4 quid a box lark, 5 peaches £1, its not that cheap but beats giving your money to the multinationals
Tesco were selling some of their own brand cat food pouches off for 14p each so much cheaper than £2.70 odd for a usual pack of 12. All the same flavour so I just spread them out, a one off though.

I also discovered Tesco basic double strength orange cordial for about 23p, not much different from the more expensive own brand, even with them on offer.

I tend to get cleaning stuff and some toiletries from Savers and pound shops, makes a big difference.
Our Nettos was closing down - they had some Whiskas, but in Polish, going for 80p for 4 pouches. The consistency was different but the catz still ate it!
