lol Fluffy, when I moved into a new house we were having enormous problems with the phone. I kept phoning their automated service and leaving my number for a call back to my mobile because the landline wasn't working. After about 15 phone calls over 3 days I eventually got to speak to a human being and had a right good rant. Turned out I had given them the wrong number. Dopey cow.

I called BT to complain about a job not being completed on time once and managed to get transferred to the garage and ended up talking to one of the mechanics who works on their vans!..... he couldn't help me!

After the first set of options just don't press anything; this sometimes puts you straight through to a real person. If that doesn't work try pressing 0 (if that isn't already an option) It doesn't always work but does sometimes so is worth a try!
