Hi im really concerned about this issue, last year i was given a simple caution for unlicensed street trading, i wasnt neither arrested, nor fined i just provide my adress and name, all the issue was through post, well now im about to start the procedur to get the us visa(b1/b2), but they ask about arrest and convictions?. i dont want to omit anything but i dont want to declare something they dont ask. ive done some research and this is not even a crime in the us. please some advice.or some similar experience.
