11 Answers
Hi
I bought James Taylor tickets for bournemouth for the 14th July 2011 (Tomorrow!) from Viagogo and they haven't arrived yet.
I ordered them by phone and transaction was successful. They Said tickets should arrive next day or latest Wednesday....but nothing has arrived.
When I went to get my reference number from my email, I noticed they didnt even send me a confirmation email! I have no details of my purchase. I cannot find their telephone number now either. Help, what should I do?

How can I contact viagogo?
Most of the questions viagogo receive from buyers and sellers can be answered straight away by using our self service tools. These include the Help Search (type your question to see a list of answers), Help Pages and our most popular FAQs.
You can also Track Your Order at any time. The most up to date information we have on your order will be provided in here, so please do not contact us to ask where your tickets are.
By using these tools you should be able to find the answer to your question and if you cannot, you will find many opportunities to contact us directly instead.
Please note that to provide the best level of customer support to our buyers and sellers we vary the contact opportunities between e-mail and phone. Rest assured that if you have bought or sold tickets with us, we will provide ample opportunity to contact us by phone and e-mail before the event.

If you've not got your transaction ID you can check on the status of your tickets by entering your email address or post code here:

However you need to be aware that Viagogo don't sell any tickets. Buying through their website is similar to buying through eBay. i.e. you're making a purchase from someone else who holds the tickets, with the website acting as an agent (and guaranteeing the process). It's the person who offered the tickets through Viagogo who should be posting them to you, not Viagogo.
That means that, just like eBay, there are some fraudsters who advertise things that they don't actually have. If your tickets don't arrive, Viagogo promises to refund your money, but there's little point in currently hassling them directly about your tickets (since they never had them in the first place).
