i see that a grocery store chain here in the states (www.wegmans.com) is carrying it......was wondering if any of the AB folks had tried it and if they had tried it, did they like it?? and would they consider buying it again......

If you want to look out for a lovely Welsh cheese, see if you can find Y Fenni. It's a semi-firm, cheddar-based, cheese with ale and mustard. Lovely!

thanks everyone for the great response.....i did try some of the colliers and liked it very much....i enjoy a cheese that "bites back".....thanks too for all the links.....i smiled when i went to the teddington site and saw "abergavenny"...reminded me of the song done by shannon (I think was the name on the record, i had the vinyl 45 at one time).....don't know where to find y-fenni around these parts....tho i could say the same for dorset blue vinny...would love to try the leek and blue cheese tart from river cottage everyday......someday perhaps......
