Just heard that the fantastic and immensely talented drummer Eric Delaney has died in his sleep aged 87. He'll be sadly missed by those who knew him or knew of him.

It was the gift of an 'Eric Delaney' child's drum kit that started Carl Palmer on the road to a career as one of the world's best players. He will be sad - as am I.
