My dad keeps getting these leaflets from companies like this one saying hey own land and blah blah blah, I was just wondering if they are legit?

I don't want my inheritance to get scammed away!!

There's a BBC Radio 4 programme, Moneybox, which dealt with the fine wine investment. Someone invested and lost thousands. The land scam has made a lot of crooks a lot of money. They sell a patch of land as a potential building plot. They don't say it's a piece of farm land and would never get planning permission for building.

I wouldn't touch any of them with a bargepole.
Sounds and looks as shifty as a shift.
Get your dad to sped his cash on real stuff that he can enjoy now - not some liar's empty promises.
I agree - I'd give them a wide berth
They seem to get good reviews using google.............
Yep, they'll have put them there personally.
