Title : name of quiz/crossword including date
Body of question: the actual clue as printed
then number of letters (7) plus any letters that you know in the format ??BB??E for instance.
Do you think the question number e.g 14a (14 across) or 21d (21 down) might be useful or would that just be extraneous?

I didn't know about the help given, grasscarp Like you I learned by copying others. I know it's annoying when all the info isn't given but what really annoys me is-1 questions put without a please or thank you .2 No answer when I ask for more info I'm a bit of a quizaholic and will continue to help if I can. There are so many lovely people who appreciate your help.
quinie I am so with you on all your points. Sometimes I have tried really hard to find an answer for someone and then - nothing - zilch - nada. And you wonder if they even saw what you had tried so hard to tell them. That is the most annoying thing in my mind. You are one of the best on here. Always quick and from what I have seen always right.
