can anyone tell me what this mean on Windows XP Pro?
Message saysThe instruction at 'Ox77f83907referenced memory at' Ox009a4df4. The memory could not be 'written'.

msimn.exe is your Email program (ie Outlook Express) I had answered this question before but it was removed for some unobvious reason
