An explosion has rocked Oslo, and according to the latest news report it was a bomb. Who would do such a thing, and to what purpose? I know London has had it's fair share, but Norway? or is no country safe anymore.

looks like it may not even related to the Pakistan-Afghanistan loons....thank goodness as that would be a step back. And I mean this, not demeaning the sad loss of life and injury in the land of the Trolls........
