I'm not even up at that time of the morning. I would be extremely annoyed to be made to stir myself. But, at least you have the rest of the day not having to wonder where he is or even if he is coming.
It didn't take him long then, glad he has been. I am waiting for a delivery of wine, hope it comes early too.

I'm still stuck with the F/F in the middle of the utility room floor. It half killed me pulling it out. I thought he would at least put it back.
That is dreadful, he could have at least offered to help you put it back. I hope you have someone to help you.
he came and left early, and fixed the fridge. At the end of the day you no longer have the risk that this would set fire to your home.
Sounds like a great result to me

It is a result red, but i didn't do anything wrong. i realise faults do occur. Like I said it half killed me pulling it out and now i have to get it back wall side. Surely good customer service would entail putting it back in situ. It is massive and i am not as young as i was.
mic, just take care how you do it. I recall you have no young neighbours to help? At least the possible danger has been removed which is a great relief, no doubt.

Good morning Ena. You remember correctly. We are the youngest in our cul-de-sac. We will manage (I hope) It will just have to wait for a while.
A good friend of mine had a laundrette and when he sold the business he gave me his industrial strength porter's trolley. I would not be without it when it comes to moving heavy stuff around, mic. My neighbour borrows it often. You could shift anything on it with ease. Maybe just walk it back to the wall a couple of inches at a time and rest in between. Take care ♥
Get these from Amazon & ask someone to give you a hand to fit them & you'll never have the same problem again. Ron.

Our Beko man came in the morning and took about ten minutes to put the new whatever it was in the fridge.
We didn't get a letter from Beko saying that their fridges were faulty though, did you? We only heard about it on the wireless.
Might help if you empty it first - that will make it a bit lighter and give you a chance to reorganise your food when you put it back in. It won't hurt for the food to be out for a short while.

No We didn't get a letter either.I heard about it on the news.
