Changing my Profile

How do I change my profile? I've tried to change my email address, the registered one is a few years out of date, but the message at the top says I can't do it as my new email and confirmation email address don't match. I feel I'm in a Catch 22 situation, they won't match because I'm trying to change it!

You need to type the SAME (new) email address into BOTH fields. (That's to avoid any problems due to simple typing errors).

Yes, I've done that, that's when I get the message across the top saying I can't change my email address as it doesn't match my registered address, hence the Catch 22 feeling! Thanks for your interest though.
