just cleaning out my daughter's hamster and just realisedi don't have any sawdust or straw. I do have hay though, will she be ok with that?

not entirely sure, sure Google will tell you one way or another, but I also use newspaper, shredded letters and kitchen roll as bedding for our hamster Tickle :-)

it's recycling day so have no tubes, shredded stuff, or newspaper! Poor sparkle!
I'm hoping some junk mail will come now, so she's got something to tear up!

I had 2 first one was called Yogi (after the Bear!) second one Aubrey (after an anaesthetist I used to work with lol !)

I was once put under by Ballesteros the Anaesthetist. He was very funny when I told him I was quite worried about it as it was my first time for a general he said, Dont worry these drugs are free and you will love it. !!! Sorry to come off subject crisgal. I remember reading about Diana that the only thing said about her school days was that she looked after her hamster very well.
