losing ab

earlier i lost abin this format, all i got was a long list in lower case of all the topics and vaiamnts but nothing was active to click on. I shut down umpteen times. Eventually looked in tols and compaibility view had a tick against it. not knowing what I was doing I unticked it and got it back. I have saved it in 3 differeent places just in case. anyone else had this experience?

Yes....I get a list in lower case in blue writing. Usually comes back quite quickly though...

mine didn't go away at all. I checked on main pc, that was ok so sent email link to laptop, as okay for a while then went back to other format. tried again and unclicked com view and it was ok, help!!

Don't know....I usually close the page and then open it again and it's fine again...
