Everyone knows that chimpanzees have hands instead of feet but would this arrangement work for humans. We would not be able to wear shoes but would be able to hold things with our feet.
Would anyone here like this arrangement or are we all content with our feet?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.actually chimps don't have hands instead of feet, they have prehensile (gripping or grasping) toes. You could wear shoes on prehensile feet but it would kind of negate the point of having them.

Some people with serious upper limb disabilities manage very well to manipulate things with their feet. I watched a programme recently where a teenager with congenital upper limb absence writes with her feet, drives a tractor, feeds herself and also paints her own toenails.
