Hmm, I saw two guys walking out of town in Sombreros and those poncho things earlier, it was neard the university though!

There was a promotion not long ago at Barburrito - fast food mexican - where if you got three of you in sombreros and went in and did something to do with the three amigos you got a free burrito...or something like that... maybe it's still running!
