Helloo..How is Everyone?

I'm just watching a programme called 'I Survived Beyond and Back'. It's about people who have died in various situations, but come back after their hearts have stopped for 3-6 minutes.
They are describing what they saw when the died, like clouds and windows and pretty colours etc.. They are saying that they felt peace and calm.
As there are so many different opinions, but all similar, does this make you think that there is somewhere we go after we die? Or do you think that it's just what our brain makes us see and believe?
I'm not religious at all, but i think that believing in something would make the whole experience easier to accept :-)
What are your views as i do find some of it hard to believe?

Several years ago they were supposed to be doing an experiment in hospitals whereby they put identifying marks in high places such as operating theatres. When people had out of body experiences or claimed to have died and been looking down on the medics trying to revive them, they could have had proof as to whether their spirit really was up there, hovering above. I never heard the results of the experiment. I would have loved to know the outcome.

That's really sad Armanimick, so i understand why you feel the way you do.
I too have lost people in my life, but strangely never felt any beliefs.
I don't know why. I just find it hard to believe things and can't force it into myself :-)
Good answer 237SJ and very interesting. i'd love to see proof too as i like things in concrete to believe it. I too would also like to have seen the results. I might have a look to see if i can see anything on the internet.

Guys, you don't know how sad, rare cancer, 22 and end of life. There has to be a puropse. The world is amazing and not random, its planned by who and what we never will know. Too many stories of afterlife / rebirths. blah blah... I'm no believer in anything but those who have been spoken too and who are not mad, know. We don;t and until we do, just have to have faith
Here you go.
