Browser is Internet Explorer 6. Yes I know it's old, but my operating system is Windows 98SE.
No Jan1957, there isn't! There is no submit button to be seen when I go to type an answer.
factor30: The only way I can submit a question is to type the bulk of the stuff before I type the subject. If I start with the heading line, the submit box disappears. However, this time that bit has worked OK - eventually.
All I wanted to do was advise somebody in insurance section that AXA is not a nice company, and should be avoided like the plague. happy to take your money, but not to pay out on what was/is a genuine claim.
Think I'll just give up. More bother than it's all worth. Thanks All for all your help.

Although the latest version of Firefox won't run under Windows 98, Firefox 2 will. It might be worth giving it a try:

Thanks Everybody for all the help and suggestions on posting when "Submit" doesn't appear, or disappears. Have switched to Firefox for browser, which i'm having to do more and more often these days.
Buenchico: You couldn't send me AXA's head office address could you? It doesn't appear on any of their info on letterheads - or that I've found on websites. Tried sending letter to Chief Exec Personal Lines at London Registered Office, but reply came back as usual from Morecambe office. Thanks.
