Streaky Guinness

I drink draught Guinness and recently my local has been serving Guinness in pint glasses which have lots of streaks of bubbles trapped on the inside of the glass. They are not sure what is causing it. It looks awful! Any ideas, anyone?

Is it just with Guinness? I would say as first guess that the glasses are not clean(enough).
