Fry chicken, with leek, mushrooms, bacon, salt & pepper. Add creme fraiche & cheese (or creamed cheese??); Cook chopped toms with garlic & basil. Break french stick in half, drizzle with olive oil & griddle. When bread cooked, top with toms & then top with the creamy chicken mixture. I think it sounds nice, but not sure if the creamy chicken will bode well with the tom mixture??
I would love to make it a pasta sauce but unfortunatley the OH doesn't like pasta!!! I just fancy a change from potatoes/rice - couscous out of the question.....
