You could try good old fashioned soda crystals. Dissolve a handfull in a bowl of hot water and wash/scrub the curtain with it.

it's cheaper to buy a new one.
make up hotish soapy water - washing up liquid is fine - lay shower curtain flat and thoroughly scrub - rinse off with well then wipe over with a mixture of water and vinegar - leave to dry - preferably outside.

Sometimes I think I'ts better to throw them away and buy new ones. Mold can stain stronger than the actual colour dies in the material. More chemicals you try to use to get it off the more damage you will do to them and may even give more for the mold to feed on!
I also use the Dettol mould and mildew removed- nothing else works like it.

Docspock's Dettol Mould & Mildew Remover is £2.55 in Tesco and Sainsburys - £2.53 in Asda. Great on grout, too.
Don't know if you have one in your area but I saw Dettol M & M Remover at£1.99 in my local B & M Bargains yesterday.
