What tickets in particular?

Some allow you to print them off, some you pick up from a machine or desk, some will be posted or couriered to you.
We booked our holiday late and had to print out our boarding cards, etc - but it would have been the same if we had booked it months ago.

Thank you so its a case of ringing to find out nothing in the printed off paperwork?

btw its holiday hypermarket if that helps
We booked with last minute holidays and we printed out our paperwork ourselves - they don't do it for you, it saves them money.
From the Holiday Hypermarket website:
"What happens if I book a “last minute” holiday?

If you book close to the departure date( this is generally less than 14 days before departure but varies by operator), you may be issued with a TOD (Ticket on Departure), which you can pick up At The Airport on the day of departure"
