I am making a new invoive template - for film and tv work
however the template i am using has lots of spare boxes that i cant delete
so can anyone think of any extra notes etc i could put in those boxes...?
i dont have to fill them all of course... but is there anything i should have or could have that would be a good addition?
the boxes i have at the moment are -
my name address contact etc
brief details of me
address of the compnay
name of production
'for the attebntion of :...'
invoice date
invoice number
date of job
job title
brief description of role if needed
fee per day
total fee
expenses details
expenses total
their ref num
their payment date
their notes
paid
cheques payable to
thank you

Payment due date?
I don't understand what you mean by "brief details of me" - that wouldn't usually go on an invoice, it would have been on your quotation of the original works.
You need to say also if you are VAT registered?

Good heavens, you don't need to download a template for an Invoice. Basically, it just needs to be a letter (or even an email these days) with the relevant details included. Anything fancy is a bit of a waste. It will go to someone doing the Accounts and I doubt if they'll be impressed by a fancy Invoice, in fact they probably wont even notice it.
Keep it businesslike and professional rather than 'fancy'.
