black picture frames

does anyone know where i can buy large plain black picture frames? (like the one in the link below) ...preferably made out of plastic. they have to be the right size to fit a 24x36" poster and a 27x40" poster.

i'd try small gallery/shops, there is one on fulham road (london)  that stocks them but i cant remember the name but it is literally opposite fulham library and it has a load of paintings in the window

its just that i dont really want to have to travel to loads of places and not actually know if they have the right size
