Plant called "Tom" or "Thomas"
9 Answers
We've just lost our pussy cat after fifteen years and we want a plant in memory of him. Ican't find a plant with either of the above names although there are squillions of plants containing them combined with others.
Any suggestions please?

I can't think of any off the top of my head, other than the Tom Thumb varieties you probably will have already seen. I will keep looking for you, however if you can't find anything, I did find this site that sells pet memorial plants, you may want to consider as an alternative. http://www.giftaplant...EMORIALSTRIBUTES/?P=2
Sorry for your loss, fifteen years is such a long time!

Guys, thanks very much for the suggestions. We couldn't find one with our surname (Walker) but my wife found a nursery that has a fuchsia called "Tom" and another called "Remembrance". they can't deliver until next Spring but we can wait. Jules, many thanks for your additional comment. It is going to take some getting used to!
I've just lost my cat, Felix, who turned up on our doorstep as a stray more than ten years ago. He was a great comfort after my wife died, and now he's gone, the house feels very empty? I'm sorry I can't help with your question, but you do have my sympathy. Like your cat, I expect, Felix was the most papmered cat in the village and had a great life.
I don't think my link works, try again, http://www.vanmeuwen.com. If page opens for Vanmeuwen type in Geranium Tomcat.
