Book Binding

Further to my previous question, I would like to have a book bound for a friend, made up of letters which she has sent me over the years. I would like the pages to be copies of the letters - not originals - but good quality pages (not just photocopied) and bound in a hard back, leather or otherwise. I would be prepared to spend more than �100. Any further ideas...
