According to the BBC radio coverage, the press photos of MD (apparently) smoking were misleading. He was actually using an electronic cigarette.

no...no-one has the right to judge. his life, his body, his...and her...choices. many others do far worse and it's the press who are making a big deal of this. like they are so squeaky clean - they make a living out of others misery and misfortune. nobody who smokes asks for cancer and anyone who suggests such tripe is warped.
