Online divorce company

Has anyone ever used them - and were/ are they any good ??

I don`t know about that company but when my friend got divorced she used her trusted family solicitor. Her husband tried to do it on the cheap for a fixed fee from an online company. It turned out that the solicitor he was using had been struck off so he lost his money and had to start all over again. I`m not saying divocetrak is bogus but make sure you check their credentials.

I found using my own solicitor very straightforward - you need one each anyway, just to make sure there is no bias. I wouldn't be happy using someone I don't know.

You still have to do all the work - get your own papers signed under oath etc - even if you have the managed package. I can't see the point.

I did it myself. If there are no kids and you can agree, why pay someone else?

You can do it yourself, at a lot lower cost. If you go to your local court / website there will be info there.
